Business Centers

To have a business center, you must be a legal resident of the United States or Canada, be at least 18 years of age and have a legal and valid Social Security number.

All Associates may have one personal business center per Social Security Number or a 2nd with a Federal Tax ID Number. If we discover an additional business center set up for the same person, we will delete the newest business center.

We provide all Associates a Free business system.

Inventory

We do not require our Associate to inventory products. We handle all the deliveries for products ordered from 1MarketingMall.com. If you wish, you may purchase inventory to have on hand to sell or to use as samples for prospective Associates or customers.

Compensation Information

Commissions are paid on products purchased by your Associates and Customers. No commission are paid to you for personal use or for purchases to run your new business.

Associates minimum purchase is $25.00 per month, set up on AutoShip. You can change your product order each month if you like from your back office. Your product cost can be taken from your earned commissions. To qualify your commission have to hit $100.00 for two months in a row. Your card is not charged the second month and your auto ship moves to the 1st of the month for processing and shipping. This get your product and check out in the mail the first few days of each month.

The other requirement to earn from all levels: You have to have at least 3 personally sponsored Retail customers and 2 personally sponsored Associates.

You could earn over $700.00+ per month without sponsoring anyone or selling any additional customers. You agree to buy and sale one unit of product every month for at least $25.00 to qualify for commissions payments.

A Retail customer is someone that does not order regularly and does not have a business center set up. They only have to purchase one product at any price one time. Everyone gets a free account with a reorder page that stores their information for fast reordering. You can convert customers to become Associates and meet the requirements once they are in the system.

A Personally Sponsored customer means they ordered product using your Personal link provided YOU when you signed up. Anyone can be a retail customer. They can pay you cash and you can put the charge on your card if you like.

One Retail customer is required to open Level 5, 2 Retail customers will open Level 6. Another Customer and 2 Associates opens level 7.

All Associates can have unlimited customers. Our plan works, even if you never sponsor anyone as long as you keep your business qualified each month with your minimum purchase and you are in compliance with our Terms.

Monthly Residual Income pays on products purchased by others, Fast start of $5.00 is paid for new Associate sign up.

The Flex plan allows you to use your link to collect the fast start bonus and then place your new Associate in your down line within the first 48 hours.

Taxes

We will provide you with paperwork to complete so that we may provide you with a 1099 at the end of the year. This paperwork must be completed and returned to us before your first check is issued by our office. It is your responsibility to file and pay taxes on all money earned through your business center. We shall provide a 1099 at the end of each year for all monies paid to you over $600.00 per year.

Defaulting On Your Monthly Auto Ship Order

If you default on your auto ship you have 5 days to place a valid order or on the 6th day it will be deleted from the system and you lose that month's commission. You must have a qualifying order to receive commission payments. If you do not make a qualifying order the second month, you again will receive no commissions and your site will be deleted from our system 10 days from the date of your order. If your site is deleted, you loose all commissions and your downline. You may rejoin as an Associate again after thirty (30) days, but your former commission structure and downline will not be retained.

Advertising

You should add your website link to your email signature so every time you send an email it is advertising for your site.

We do some advertising that benefits everyone, we are paying you for word of mouth advertising such as, one-on-one meetings, group meetings, three-way or conference calls or SINGLE e-mailing to contact one person. Our marketing via the internet benefits everyone and your business will grow every month as long as you meet the qualifications outlined.

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE on spamming using your 1MarketingMall.com site link. We also do not allow you to advertise your site or the main company site in any media without express written permission for AppliedTechNC, Inc. - no radio, television, magazine, etc. All ads must be approved by AppliedTechNC, Inc. prior to running. Anyone violating these terms will be removed from our system.

Termination of Your Account

Your site will be suspended if we find you are e-mail spamming using your site name or the main company name, or if it is being advertised in any other form of non-allowed media.

We will not allow any dishonest business practices concerning our corporate site or your personal business sites. If we find this, your site will be suspended.

Once an account is suspended, you will no longer have access to it, you will no longer received compensation from your account and you will not be allowed to set up another business center.

If your site is suspended for violation of any of our policies, it will be brought before the Advisory Board of Members to what action should be taken, such as suspension for a given period of time and then reinstatement or permanently deleted from our system.

Returns: You may return any unopened product for a full refund. You must send a email to returns@1MarketingMall.com" with what you would like to return. We will send you a postage-paid envelope to return product. You have a full 30 days from date of purchase to make your claim for refund, after that we do not refund. All returns effect paid commissions and this will be adjusted as needed.
